No Practical Purpose ...

It's time for the December Notecard Party at A Haven for VeeThe guidelines:  choose four pics previously used on your blog that might make good notecards.  Here are my choices ...

or·na·ment  /ˈôrnəmənt/

Noun
A thing used to adorn something but usually having no practical purpose.

No practical purpose other than to make us smile ... and pause ... and reflect.  I think that's enough this year.  Do you?

During this busy time of year, I am especially honored that you've chosen to stop by for a visit.  Thank you.  May the true meaning of Christmas permeate your heart and mind this season and bring you peace.

  2. Lovely photos, certainly worthy of note cards! The first one enchanted me with the rich colours and textures, but then the old bell showed up. Such a charming ornament. Does it have a history with you?

  8. Yes, I do think that's enough this year. It has been a year of thinking and reflecting for me, and it has been a good time of that reflection.

I always try to pick a favorite picture in the note card posts. It was hard for yours because they all had their own special touch. I think I'll choose the bell one for my favorite, but I am prone to changing my mind.
