I actually started "seeing circles" three years ago when keeping Little Man while his Mommy worked. As a very little guy, he had a "thing" for circles. They were his go-to shape; it was amazing to watch.
And so I've continued to watch ... and circles "jump out" everywhere. Sometimes they're associated with warmth ...

Oh I adore the picture of the holly. It has been far to long since I have seen any.
